Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented individual to manage our online presence and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products across social platforms, engaging with customers through live sessions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Actively post content and manage business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

• Live Sessions & Reviews: Conduct Live streaming to showcase products, explain features, and manage customer reviews/testimonials to build brand trust.

• Lead Generation & Promotion: Promote products online to generate interest and convert inquiries into Website orders.

• Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel, including approaching new customers (cold reaching) and maintaining a database of potential leads.

• Order Execution: Coordinate the processing of orders to ensure they are ready for dispatch.

• Logistics & Follow-up: Track shipments, provide updates to customers regarding their delivery, and resolve any logistics-related issues.

• Relationship Management: Regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat business and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (both verbal and written).

• Communication: Exceptional convincing skills and a friendly, professional phone/video manner.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce website backends, social media algorithms, and basic mobile editing tools.

• Experience: Prior experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Social Media Marketing is preferred.
