Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and generate leads through strategic content and campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, and performance marketing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Plan and manage content calendar (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
• Create and oversee high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos)
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads – optional)
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns
• Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams
• Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and algorithm changes
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook algorithms
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience in healthcare / medical / digital health marketing
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience running lead generation campaigns
• Influencer marketing knowledge
