Solar Panel Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean solar panels using appropriate tools, water, and eco-friendly methods.
• Remove dust, bird droppings, leaves, and other debris affecting performance.
• Ensure safe handling of panels to avoid scratches or damage.
• Perform basic visual inspection for cracks, hotspots, or loose connections.
• Report any faults or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily work reports and site records.
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient job completion.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of solar panel systems (preferred).
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
• Physically fit for manual work.
• Basic understanding of safety practices (PPE usage).
• Teamwork and discipline.
• Basic reading/writing skills (for reporting).

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–2 years experience in solar or maintenance work.
• Working Conditions:8–9 hours duty.
• Outdoor work (sun exposure, rooftop work).
• Travel to different sites may be required.
