Job Summary: Aanjney Solar is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to handle the complete solar project lifecycle — from site survey to final commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for installation management, team supervision, and ensuring timely project completion with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete project cycle (site survey to commissioning)

• Plan and supervise solar installation activities at site
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage and guide installation technicians and field staff
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Monitor material planning and site logistics
• Handle documentation and project reporting
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering preferred

• 1–4 years of experience in solar or electrical project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of solar installation process and electrical systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
