Role Overview


Bhaskar Solar is hiring a Solar Sales Executive to manage both **B2B (commercial/industrial)** and **residential (household)** solar sales. The role requires field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and revenue closure through direct sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities


* Generate leads through:


* Field visits

* Cold calling

* References and network building

* Conduct site visits for residential and commercial clients

* Explain solar rooftop systems, pricing, ROI, subsidy benefits, and installation process

* Prepare and present proposals to customers

* Coordinate with technical/installation team for project execution

* Maintain daily sales report and lead tracking

* Achieve monthly revenue targets

Candidate Requirements


* Experience in field sales (solar/real estate/insurance/FMCG preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to handle both residential and business clients

* Self-driven and target-oriented

* Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

* Basic understanding of solar systems is an advantage
