Job Overview

Meera Sun Energies is hiring a Solar Sales Executive to drive residential and commercial solar sales in Vadodara. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal pitching, and revenue conversion.

Preference will be given to candidates with banking and insurance sales experience due to strong field sales exposure and target-driven background.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through field visits, calling, references, and local networking

* Promote residential rooftop solar systems and commercial solar solutions

* Conduct client meetings and explain product features, ROI, subsidy benefits, and installation process

* Perform site visits for feasibility assessment

* Prepare and present quotations

* Follow up on prospects and close sales

* Coordinate with technical and installation teams

* Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline tracking

* Achieve monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (Banking/Insurance background preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Comfortable with field sales and local travel

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

* Target-oriented and disciplined

* Two-wheeler preferred

Compensation Structure

* Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

* Performance Incentive: ₹7,000 per month (based on target achievement)
