Store Executive

Inventory Management

Maintain optimum stock levels of fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts.

Ensure proper binning, tagging, and storage of all parts.

Follow FIFO method and maintain stock accuracy.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.

Procurement & Ordering

Prepare purchase orders based on workshop requirements and stock levels.

Follow up with OEM/vendors for timely supply and pending orders.

Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and RTV (Return to Vendor) processes.

Store Operations

Issue parts to workshop and counter staff as per job card requirements.

Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock movement.

Ensure proper storage of oils, batteries, lubricants, and sensitive items.

Manage scrap, obsolete, and damage reporting.

Documentation & System Work

Update DMS/ERP systems with stock entries and consumption.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Assist in preparing MIS reports for management.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Body Shop, and Sales Team.

Communicate part availability and back-order status clearly.

Interact with customers (if needed) for counter sales support.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to OEM and dealership SOPs.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and proper housekeeping in the parts store.

Implement theft control and secure storage measures.
