Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee stock of raw materials, packaging, and finished herbal products (shampoos, soaps, etc.), track movements, conduct stocktakes, and prevent deterioration.
• Operations & Sales: Manage daily store opening/closing, ensure smooth sales floor operations, and work towards sales targets.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, schedule, and motivate store team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, address customer needs, and maintain store ambiance.
• Vendor & Logistics: Handle deliveries, coordinate with suppliers, and manage logistics for receiving and dispatching goods.
• Financials & Reporting: Oversee cash management, daily reconciliations, and report to management.
• Compliance & Standards: Enforce company policies, maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards, especially relevant for herbal/cosmetic products. 

• salary range will be 10,000-15,000 as per experience
