1. Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate a team of Shift Managers, Crew Members, and Support Staff.Plan and assign work schedules, ensuring adequate manpower for each shift.Conduct daily briefings to align the team on targets, hygiene standards, and service goals.2. Store OperationsOversee end-to-end store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory control.Ensure smooth functioning of all shifts and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Monitor product quality, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with QSR standards.3. Sales & ProfitabilityDrive sales targets, monitor performance KPIs, and control operational costs.Implement local marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to boost revenue.Analyze daily sales reports and take corrective actions to improve performance.4. Inventory & Cash ManagementManage ordering, receiving, and storage of stock to minimize wastage.Maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile inventory regularly.Ensure accurate billing, daily cash reconciliation, and timely deposit of sales revenue.5. Customer ExperienceEnsure fast, friendly, and accurate service to enhance customer satisfaction.Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.Maintain a strong brand image through service excellence and consistent quality.
