Job Description
To manage the complete spare parts inventory operations of the workshop, ensuring availability of parts, stock accuracy, cost control, and smooth coordination between Service, Body Shop, Warranty, and Accounts departments.
- key Responsibilities Inventory ManagementMaintain optimum stock levels
- Monitor fast-moving & slow-moving parts
- Conduct daily, monthly stock audits
- Prevent stock shortages & overstocking
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO system
- Raise purchase orders
- Coordinate with OEM / suppliers
- Track deliveries & backorders
- Issue parts against job cards only
- Verify part numbers & quantities
- Monitor warranty parts tagging
- Track returned & unused parts
