We are on a growth journey towards ₹50 Cr+ turnover and are building a structured, enterprise-level supply chain system.
🎯 Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end order execution, inventory planning, logistics coordination, client service levels, and working capital efficiency for Corporate and B2B clients.
The role directly impacts OTIF, inventory turnover, freight cost, and debit note control.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Order ManagementProcess purchase orders from corporate and modern trade clients
- Validate SKU, quantity, rates, GST, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate dispatch planning with production & warehouse
- Ensure compliance with portal-based clients (Zepto, Blinkit, Modern Trade)
- 2️⃣ Inventory Planning & ControlMaintain optimal finished goods and raw material inventory
- Monitor reorder levels and safety stock
- Reduce slow-moving and dead stock
- Improve inventory turnover ratio
- 3️⃣ Logistics & Dispatch CoordinationPlan dispatch schedules based on priority orders
- Arrange transport and negotiate freight
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor freight % of sales
- 4️⃣ Client Service & ComplianceMaintain OTIF above 95%
- Resolve warehouse rejections and short supply issues
- Minimize debit notes and penalty cases
- Ensure barcode, batch, and compliance standards
- 5️⃣ Working Capital ManagementMonitor inventory days
- Support receivables tracking
- Optimize stock holding period
- Improve cash conversion cycle
- 6️⃣ Reporting & MISPrepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports
- Track KPIs:
- OTIF %
- Fill Rate %
- Freight %
- Debit Note %
- Forecast Accuracy
- Present data during monthly review meetings
📊 KPI-Based Performance MeasurementPerformance will be measured based on:
- OTIF ≥ 95%
- Fill Rate ≥ 97%
- Inventory Days ≤ 45
- Freight % ≤ 5%
- Debit Notes ≤ 1%
- Forecast Accuracy ≥ 80%
Incentive is performance-linked and calculated quarterly.
- 👤 Required QualificationsGraduate (B.Com / BBA / B.E. / MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in supply chain / logistics / FMCG / modern trade
- Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
- Good understanding of:
- Inventory planning
- Freight costing
- Working capital
- GST basics
- Basic mathematical ability (percentages, ratios, margin calculation)
