Role Overview

The Solar Surveyor & Design Executive will be responsible for conducting site surveys, rooftop assessments, system designing, and supporting execution of solar projects. The role bridges technical evaluation and on-ground implementation.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Site Survey & Assessment**

* Conduct rooftop surveys for residential and commercial properties

* Measure area, orientation, tilt, and shading analysis

* Evaluate structural feasibility for solar installation

* **System Designing**

* Prepare basic solar system layouts and capacity calculations

* Assist in designing panel placement and inverter selection

* Use design tools/software for accurate system planning

* **Execution Support**

* Coordinate with installation teams during project execution

* Ensure design is properly implemented on-site

* Monitor installation quality and adherence to plan

* **Technical Documentation**

* Prepare survey reports, drawings, and client proposals

* Maintain records of site data and project specifications

* **Client Interaction**

* Explain basic technical aspects to customers during survey

* Support sales team with technical inputs for closure

### Candidate Requirements

* Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical

* 1–3 years of experience in **solar surveying/design/execution**

* Knowledge of **rooftop solar systems and layout planning**

* Basic understanding of **AutoCAD or solar design tools preferred**

* Strong analytical and measurement skills

* Willingness for **field work and site visits**

* Two-wheeler preferred
