Technical Sales Engineer

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell air compressors, air dryers, line filters, and compressed air accessories.
• Visit manufacturing industries, identify requirements, and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for order closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with service team for installation and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on market trends and competitor activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales of compressed air products (Air Compressors, Dryers, Filters, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in industrial B2B sales.
• Existing network in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
