Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Telecaller to handle customer enquiries for our printing and packaging business. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to incoming customer enquiries (calls/WhatsApp)
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into orders
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Coordinate with the sales/production team when required
