📌 Job Title: Telecaller – Finance & Insurance (Maruti)

📍 Location: Kalpvruksh Complex, E-303, Vadodara, Gujarat, India

💼 Job Summary: We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Telecallers to join our team for Maruti Finance & Insurance sales. The primary responsibility is to generate sales through provided data, engage with potential customers via phone, explain financial and insurance products, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• 📊 Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• Incentives / Performance Bonus: Average ₹5,000+ (based on sales performance)
• Total Earning Potential: Dependent on targets achieved
• 🧠 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead data to promote Maruti Finance & Insurance products. (Apna)
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly and professional.
• Understand customer needs, overcome objections, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with warm leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by management.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales/field team to support customer onboarding and follow-ups.

📌 Skills & Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass (12th Standard) – preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Confident, persuasive, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and CRM or Excel knowledge.
• Ability to handle targets & performance pressure.
• Prior telecalling / sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
