Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain call records and customer data
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets
• Polite and professional calling manner

Preferred (Bonus):

• Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
• Knowledge of CRM or calling software
