Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Introduce company and explain services clearly
• Promote services like digital marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile ranking, website development, and branding
• Understand client requirements and interest level
• Generate leads and fix meetings / callbacks
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
• Share daily call and lead reports with the team
• Follow calling scripts and company guidelines
