Job Description: We are looking for Female Debt Collection Executives for our Vadodara office. The primary responsibility is to collect outstanding payments from customers through telecalling in a professional and polite manner.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for debt recovery

• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain proper call records and customer details
• Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates only

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Basic communication skills in Hindi / Gujarati (English is a plus)
• Prior telecalling or collection experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer handling
