Telecaller Cum Office Assistant (Female Only)

We are looking for a proactive Female Telecaller cum Office Assistant for our office in Vadodara. Your primary role is to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.

No direct sales or field visits are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
• Appointment Cell: Scheduling confirmed meetings for the Sales Manager.
• Back Office: Managing data entry, internet research, and basic administrative tasks on the PC.
• Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Calling slots: 10 AM – 1:30 PM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

Requirements:

• Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Basic understanding of English is required.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Internet browsing/Excel).
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience).
• Incentive Structure: High earning potential!
