Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential vendor partners (packers and movers companies).
• Clearly explain the benefits of joining the vShiftU platform.
• Convert interested vendors into active onboarded partners by closing sales.
• Follow up with leads, handle objections, and build long-term business relationships.
• Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and performance trackers.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience (preferred in B2B/SaaS/Marketplace sectors).
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), basic English communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
