Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Back Office Executive to manage lead calls, Client - vendor coordination, and payment follow-ups. The role involves handling leads from exisitng clients / leads gathering necessary details, updating records, sharing quotations, and assisting with vendor sourcing and registration.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Management & Communication:

  • Call potential clients from leads provided by Justdial and IndiaMART.
  • Gather necessary project details and update records accurately.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain daily reports.
  • Documentation:

  • Enter client and project details into Excel /CRM.
  • Maintain a structured database of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination & Cost Analysis:

  • Identify and onboard vendors for various project and company requirements.
  • Assist in vendor registration and documentation.
  • Prepare a comparative cost sheet for vendor selection.
  • Payment Follow-ups:

  • Track outstanding payments and communicate with clients for timely collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle documentation efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of vendor sourcing and procurement
