Job Description:

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our office at Baroda. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer calls professionally. Candidates must be comfortable speaking in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls with customers.
• Explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Maintain call records and update customer details.
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales or appointments.
• Handle customer queries and provide proper information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar role.
• Must have strong command over multiple languages.
• Apart from Gujarati and Hindi, candidates should know at least one of the following languages:
• Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and target-oriented personality.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and language proficiency)
