Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Female Team Lead – Telecalling to manage and drive a team of telecallers handling warm leads. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales understanding, and ability to improve team performance.
- Manage & guide a team of telecallers (3–8 members)
- Ensure daily follow-ups on warm leads (No cold calling)
- Monitor conversion rate & improve team performance
- Train team on pitch, objection handling & upselling
- Maintain daily reports (calls, sales, revenue)
- Achieve team targets & maintain discipline
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality feedback
