Job Description

Job Description: -


We are looking for a Motor Insurance Sales Tele- caller to generate leads, make outbound

calls, and convert prospects into policyholders. The role involves explaining motor

insurance products, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of

customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities: -


* Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote motor insurance

products, including new policies and renewals.

* Product Explanation: Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, premiums, and coverage

options for prospective clients.

* Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, converting them into

policyholders through persuasive communication.

* Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on

policy-related matters.

* Record Maintenance: Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and

follow-up actions in CRM systems.

* Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales practices comply with company policies and

regulatory standards.


Qualifications: -


* Education: Minimum 12th grade; bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles; experience in

insurance sales is advantageous.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English; knowledge of regional

languages is a plus.

* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office
