We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our industrial marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales for industrial products like sensors, automation components, and engineering solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential industrial clients from our database or collected leads.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable industrial products or solutions.
• Promote and explain technical products like sensors, transmitters, automation components, etc.
• Schedule meetings or demos for on-field sales engineers, if needed.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, leads, and customer details in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for support.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Required Skills:Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial products (training will be provided).
• Confident telephone presence and customer handling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Qualifications:Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing.
• Experience in telesales, industrial marketing, or inside sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are also welcome.
