Telesales Executive

A Tele-caller handles outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, promote products or services, and support sales targets Emrell Technologies Pvt Ltd in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce instrumentation products, explain features, and close sales deals.
• Handle inbound queries, resolve complaints, and follow up on leads while maintaining accurate call records and daily reports.
• Build customer relationships, meet sales quotas, and update CRM databases with interaction details.​

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred, with basic computer skills including MS Excel and CRM tools.
• 1+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles will be highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and local languages like Hindi or Gujarati for Vadodara clients.​

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities to handle high call volumes.
• Strong data entry, time management, and resilience to feedback or rejection.
• Knowledge of sales scripts, product details, and market trends in industrial sectors.​
