As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, answer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in driving our outreach and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s offerings.
• Build positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Requirements: Minimum graduate.
• Strong communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus.
