Job Description
Carry out regular preventive maintenance of press tools and dies.
Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns of tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Ensure availability and readiness of tools for production.
Coordinate with production team for tool performance improvement.
Maintain tool history records and documentation.
Supervise tool room machines such as surface grinder, milling, drilling, EDM, wire cut, etc.
Support in new tool development and modifications as required.
