The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking flights, holidays, hotels, and travel services while delivering excellent customer service and tailored travel solutions.

• Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on flights, holiday packages, hotels,
• Handle end-to-end bookings and ticketing accurately
• Provide competitive fare options and tailor itineraries
• Manage amendments, cancellations, and reissues
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp,
• Keep up to date with airline rules, fare policies, and travel regulations
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Skills & Requirements: Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Advisor preferred
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good computer and booking system knowledge
