About the Role :-

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hair Faculty who has strong knowledge of both theory and practical aspects of hairdressing and hair science. The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching students, delivering demonstration and maintaining high training standards as per LAKME ACADEMY guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Deliver theory and practical training in hair cutting, colouring , styling , chemical treatment, hair care, and consultation.
2. Conduct live demos, practical sessions, and assessments for students.
3. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and students progress reports.
4. Ensure students gin strong technical skills and professional salon behaviour.
5. Stay Update with latest hair trends, techniques, tools, and products.
6. Maintain classroom discipline, professional grooming standards, and Academy culture.
7. Support students during exams, workshops, photoshoots, events and hygienic practices within the training environment.

Required Skills & Qualification

1. Certification / Diploma in Hairdressing or Hairstyling
2. Strong Knowledge of hair theory such as hair structure, scalp condition, product knowledge, colour science , etc
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Passion for Teaching and mentoring students
5. Minimum 2-3 years of salon or teaching experience preferred
6. Hands- on Expertise :-

• Haircuts (Basic too Advance)
• Hair Colouring & Highlights
• Chemical treatment (rebonding,keratine,smoothening, perming etc)
• Blow-Drying & Styling
• Hair Spa & Treatment
