Visa Counsellor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Visa Counsellor with excellent English communication skills and proven experience in the visa industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling clients, and converting leads into successful applications while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Provide accurate information about visa processes and documentation
• Counsel clients for study, tourist, work, and PR visas
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options
• Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into clients
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application status
• Assist in documentation and application processing
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales/conversion targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa counselling / immigration industry (mandatory)
• Strong English speaking and understanding skills (mandatory)
• Experience in handling client calls and closing deals
• Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
