Key Responsibilities / Duties- USA & Uk Counsellor

Counsel students regarding USA & Uk education system, universities, courses, intake periods, and eligibility criteria

Assess student profiles (academic records, English proficiency, financial background)

Guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs

Assist with application preparation, SOP review, LOR guidance, resume building

Support students with IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo guidance (basic information)

Coordinate with university representatives for offer letters and application updates

Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation

Provide pre-departure briefing (accommodation, travel, insurance, forex, etc.)

Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments

Handle reporting and coordination with internal teams
