VTL Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VTL Machine Operator to operate and maintain Vertical Turning Lathe machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machining processes, be able to read engineering drawings, and ensure production quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines as per production requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining operations and dimensions.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for different materials and jobs.
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Inspect finished components for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish to meet quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure the machine is in proper working condition.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns to maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Skills:
