Waffle Maker

Position Summary

The Waffle Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality waffles and related menu items in a timely, consistent, and sanitary manner. This role ensures guests receive excellent food and service while maintaining kitchen cleanliness, equipment safety, and product standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare waffle batter according to standardized recipes.
• Operate waffle irons and related kitchen equipment safely.
• Cook waffles to order, ensuring correct texture, color, and presentation.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures for food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, waffle irons, utensils, and prep areas.
• Restock ingredients (batter, toppings, syrups, fruits, etc.) as needed.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
• Assist with menu prep, plating, or additional breakfast items if required.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure efficient service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
