Warden

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hostel Warden at RoomPe. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, handling student grievances, maintaining discipline, and coordinating with the management team.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle and resolve conflicts

Organizational and administrative skills

Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Experience in student housing or hostel management is a plus

Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment

Note - Female candidate required as it is for girls hostel also this is a mid level role and the Hostel warden is required to stay inside the Hostel Premises 24 hour. Accomodation and food will be provided by the company.
