An HR (Human Resources) Manager manages the full employee lifecycle while fostering positive labor-management relations, ensuring legal compliance, and handling disputes. Key responsibilities include recruiting, policy development, union negotiations, grievance handling, and statutory compliance under labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Resources (HR):
• Manage talent acquisition, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Implement employee welfare, engagement, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance:
• Maintain harmonious relationships between management, employees, and trade unions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations.
• Manage labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions (domestic inquiries).
• Liaise with local authorities and the labor department.
