• Position OverviewRole: Counter Staff
• Locations: Vapi | Gandhidham
• Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 1 Day per week
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
• Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC (Medical Insurance)
• Performance Incentives: Earn extra based on sales and service excellence.
• Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the front counter and handling customer inquiries.
• Processing transactions and managing the POS system.
• Ensuring a clean and organized display area.
• Promoting products and achieving daily service targets.
• Candidate RequirementsEducation: Must be a Graduate (any stream).
• Communication: Fluent and professional communication skills.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Attributes: Punctual, polite, and comfortable with evening shifts.
