Operations & Billing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Operations & Billing Executive to manage daily store operations, billing, order tracking, and customer communication (offline & online). The ideal candidate should be smart, well-spoken, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and invoicing at the store efficiently and accurately.
• Manage new stock entries, tagging, and updating products in the system.
• Maintain and track open customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Call customers to update them regarding their completed orders and delivery status.
• Track online orders, ensure timely dispatch, and coordinate with customers.
• Handle online inquiries received through website/Instagram and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain proper records of inventory, orders, and customer details.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in any field.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written).
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations, billing software, and Excel.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities sincerely and complete tasks on time.
• Prior experience in retail operations, billing, or telecalling is an advantage.
