Job Title: Packaging Associate

Location: Vapi

Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify produced parts against standard samples/training guidelines
• Count and record quantities packed into cartons accurately
• Perform minor rework (e.g., removing excess material using tools) when required
• Maintain proper documentation (job cards/reports) and close shift records
• Ensure smooth handover to the next shift operator
• Handle material movement within the assigned work area
• Follow hygiene standards strictly as per company requirements
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to break schedules

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and basic counting/reporting skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Discipline, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Awareness and adherence to workplace hygiene standards
