Paytm Merchant Loan Executive

Daily 15 Outlet Visit:

Visit at least 15 merchant outlets every day to promote Paytm Merchant Loans.

Daily Business Loan Process:

Identify eligible merchants using the Loan

Explain loan features, eligibility, repayment, and benefits.

Initiate loan pre-approval through the Paytm Merchant App.

Help merchants complete loan applications smoothly.

Merchant Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with existing and new merchants to increase loan penetration.

Cross-Selling:

Promote additional Paytm merchant products (Loan etc.).

Daily Reporting:

Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and loan applications in company tools.

Target Achievement:

Work toward monthly loan disbursement and merchant activation targets.

Skills Required

Good communication & convincing skills

Basic understanding of sales & merchant onboarding

Smartphone handling ability

Field sales experience preferred

Knowledge of local market

Education & Experience

Minimum 12th Pass

Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
