Restaurant Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry with understanding of restaurant operations.

Operations Management: Handle day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff coordination, service flow, and maintaining smooth functioning of the restaurant.

Customer Interaction & Feedback: Interact with customers, ensure excellent service, handle customer feedback and complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Team Management & Training: Manage the restaurant team, train staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement, and maintain team discipline.

Product Promotion & In-House Marketing: Explain menu items, highlight product strengths and taste, and impress customers through strong product knowledge and hospitality.

Basic Financial Knowledge: Have basic understanding of cash handling, cash cycle, and profit & loss awareness to support smooth restaurant operations.
