Retail Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in selling Sherwani, Indowestern, Kurta, Suit, or similar ethnicwear categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting Sherwanis, Kurtas, Suits, Indowesterns, and other ethnicwear based on their style, preference, and occasion.
• Provide detailed product information including fabric, fitting, design work, and customization options.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with the latest fashion trends in men’s ethnicwear.
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting, understanding requirements, and offering suitable recommendations.
• Manage trial room assistance, size guidance, and alteration-related communication.
• Handle billing coordination, packaging, and smooth checkout support.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Track customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and contribute to monthly sales targets.
• Maintain stock awareness and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
• Assist in managing orders, urgent tailoring instructions, and delivery timelines.
• Support the team during festive seasons, wedding rush, and special promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling ability with a pleasant and professional attitude.
• Must be experienced in ethnicwear sales (Sherwani, Kurta, Suit, Indowestern, etc.).
• Basic understanding of sizes, fittings, and men’s fashion styling.

Language Requirements:

• Gujarati & Hindi: Must be fluent in speaking.
• English: Added advantage.

• Should be presentable and well-groomed.
• Ability to work under pressure during festive/wedding seasons.
• Should be punctual, disciplined, and confident in customer interaction.
• Ready to work in a team environment and achieve sales goals.
