Job Description – Warehouse Supervisor

Company: DGS Translogistics India Pvt. Ltd.

Client: Pidilite Industries

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities
• Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch processes
• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock reconciliation
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff (pickers, loaders, helpers)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational flow
• Maintain daily reports and operational records
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
• Oversee loading and unloading operations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Proven experience in team handling is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems (preferred)
• Local candidates from Vapi or nearby areas will be preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
