Job Description
- Create 3D models, textures, and materials based on project requirements.
- Develop realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for presentations, marketing, or client approvals.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, and marketing teams to interpret concepts into 3D visuals.
- Review and refine 3D models and visualizations to ensure accuracy, realism, and quality.
- Stay updated with latest 3D design tools, techniques, and trends to improve output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in pre-production planning for animations or visual effects if required.
- Ensure final deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Organize and coordinate property exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, and client meet-ups to promote projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, brokers, and channel partners.
