Job Description:

Milan Caterers is looking for an experienced and skilled Accountant who can efficiently manage the company’s financial records, transactions, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage billing, invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control related to catering operations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records for all transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle financial operations independently.
