🔰 Role OverviewThe Accountant / Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily bookings data, income, expenses, and financial reporting for three hospitality properties located in Varanasi. The role requires maintaining accurate daily records, preparing weekly performance reports with proper conclusions, and assisting in cost control and financial planning.

This position plays a key role in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and profitability across all properties.

• 🧾 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Daily Booking & Revenue ManagementMaintain daily booking records (OTA platforms, direct bookings, walk-ins).
• Track property-wise occupancy and room revenue.
• Maintain daily income sheets for all 3 properties.
• Reconcile cash, UPI, bank transfer, and OTA collections.
• 2️⃣ Expense Tracking & Cost ControlRecord daily operational expenses (staff payments, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, food, supplies).
• Verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain petty cash records.
• Monitor expense trends and suggest cost-saving measures.
• 3️⃣ OTA Reconciliation & Payment TrackingReconcile payments from Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, direct bookings, etc.
• Track pending OTA settlements and deductions.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.

4️⃣ Weekly Financial Reporting (With Conclusion)Prepare weekly financial performance reports covering:

• Total bookings
• Occupancy percentage
• Total revenue
• Total expenses
• Net profit / loss
• Cash flow summary
• OTA vs Direct booking comparison

Each report must include a proper written conclusion, covering:

• Business performance summary
• Profit & loss analysis
• Expense concerns
• Improvement suggestions
• 5️⃣ Monthly Accounting & ReportingPrepare monthly P&L statement for each property.
• Maintain monthly revenue & expense summaries.
• Support in budget tracking and financial forecasting.
• 6️⃣ Payroll & Staff PaymentsMaintain staff attendance & salary records.
• Process monthly salaries, advances, and reimbursements.
• 7️⃣ Compliance & Documentation SupportMaintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support CA for GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• 🧠 Skills & RequirementsB.Com / M.Com / Accounting background preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in accounting (hotel or hospitality preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of Tally or accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting discipline.

🕘 Working Hours9 – 10 hours per day
