We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Head to lead our finance and accounts department. The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in accounting, financial management, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on MSME operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Manage bank and cash reconciliation processes (BRO).
• Oversee Tally and ERP system operations for efficient financial data management.
• Lead MSME IPO listing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support business objectives.
• Manage and develop a high-performing accounts and finance team.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum M.Com degree (Master of Commerce).
• Prior experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the MSME sector.
