An Admission Counselor at Unacademy helps students choose the right courses and study plans based on their educational goals. They provide guidance, support, and motivation throughout the learning journey, ensuring students stay on track. The role involves understanding student needs, offering personalized recommendations, and assisting with course-related queries to enhance the overall learning experience. Strong communication and a deep understanding of the courses offered are essential for this role.
