Position: Academic Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

•

Guide and counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities.

•

Assist students in admission processes for top colleges in India.

•

Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to student inquiries.

•

Maintain strong follow-up with students and parents for admission procedures.

•

Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and career prospects.

•

Maintain and update student records in the system/CRM.

•

Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.

•

Achieve admission and counseling targets assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

•

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to convince and guide students effectively.

•

Basic knowledge of college admissions and courses.

•

Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.

•

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualification:

•

Graduation in any discipline.

•

Experience in education counseling / admissions / sales will be preferred.
