Area Sales Manager

Wildscent Life Care Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing fragrance and personal care company committed to delivering premium quality perfumes and deodorants across India. We are expanding our sales network and looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration

Lead, train & monitor Sales Officers / Sales Executives

Ensure proper implementation of trade schemes & promotional activities

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers & key accounts

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Ensure timely collections and outstanding control

Regular market visits and reporting to senior management

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 4–8 years in FMCG / Fragrance / Personal Care sales

Minimum 2 years experience as ASM or Sr. Sales Officer

Strong distributor network in assigned territory preferred

Good leadership and team handling skills

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
